The process takes place in several stages and includes: counting cigarettes, wrapping in aluminum foil (so-called silver foil), putting in a carton, foiling and grouping in 10-packs.
Process description:
1. Counting cigarettes
Cigarettes are automatically counted and formed into sets of 20 pieces.
2. Wrapping in silver foil
Each set of cigarettes is wrapped in aluminum foil, protecting the product from losing its freshness.
3. Packing in a carton
The wrapped cigarettes go to an automatic cartoning machine, which puts them in a cardboard box and closes it.
4. Unit wrapping
Parcels are wrapped in transparent heat shrink film with an optional tear tape.
5. Bulk packaging
Finished packages are grouped into 10-piece groups and wrapped in bulk foil
